Window Cling – Light of the World
The stained glass window created by T. W. Camm of Smethwick (1910) is in St John the Baptist Church and St Helen Church, Wroughton, Wiltshire.
The original image was painted on canvas by the Pre-Raphaelite artist Holman Hunt and is housed in Keble College, Oxford. A larger version also by Hunt hangs in St Paul's Cathedral, London. This image interprets the Bible text Rev. 3:19-21 "Behold I stand at the door and knock; if any man hear my voice and open the door, I will come in to him".
