Tasting Notes

Nose: Vision Gin has a smooth juniper character, fresh citrus notes of orange and a floral complexity from the honey and chamomile.

Palate: A fresh and smooth mouth feel combined with a warm, nutty, sweetness of cassia bark and nutmeg.

Finish: Vision Gin lingers with long-lasting orange and juniper and a hint of grains of paradise.

Serving Suggestions

Pair with Fever-Tree Indian Tonic or Ginger Ale and garnish with a slice of orange. Serve over ice.

Cocktail: Vision White Lady

Shake 50ml Vision Gin, 25ml triple sec, 10ml sugar syrup in a shaker with plenty of ice. Strain into a chilled champagne coupe glass.

Cocktail: Vision Gin Fizz

Add 25ml Vision Gin to an ice filled Copa de Balon glass. Add a generous splash of lemon syrup. Top with Prosecco. Garnish with slices of lemon.
