General

We, the ShrineShop Online, are the eCommerce portion of the Shrine Shop which trades as Shrine Trading Ltd..
In placing an order with ShrineShop Online it will be deemed that you ('the Customer') have read and agreed to the terms and conditions set forth below.

These terms and conditions and your use of our website are subject to the laws of England, and have been written for Customers purchasing from within the UK. Whilst we are happy to accept orders from Customers operating from outside the UK, we do not guarantee that either the products supplied or the use of this website will comply with non-UK laws or regulations.

Refusal of Sale

The ShrineShop Online reserve the right to refuse to fulfil any order without notice. When the cause of this action arises with the ShrineShop Online, we will make every possible effort to refund any monies paid within 7 (seven) working days. If the cause for refusal of despatch arises with the Customer, the ShrineShop Online will refund any monies only in line with the UK laws in effect when the order was placed.

Product Descriptions & Returns

Products are not shown at actual size, approximate measurements are included in product descriptions where relevant to assist Customers in selecting the most appropriate goods. Colours are reproduced as accurately as computer/photographic processes allow.
All products are subject to availability and details and prices are subject to change without notice. If the ShrineShop Online are alerted to a discrepancy prior to dispatch, we will make every effort to notify the Customer prior to dispatch. The ShrineShop Online reserve the right to refuse to refund goods returned either: because of minor variances in description; or due to ordering errors on the part of the Customer. If in either circumstance, We agree to refund the Customer; the ShrineShop Online will only undertake to refund the value of the goods. Any postal/carriage costs incurred by the Customer (either for delivery or return of the good(s) will not be refunded. In such circumstances, the ShrineShop Online will undertake to refund the Customer within 7 (seven) working days of receipt of both the returned goods and proof of purchase.
The ShrineShop Online will dispatch all goods in perfect condition. Should goods arrive damaged, any refunds will be held pending investigation by the ShrineShop Online and/or the postal/courier company responsible for the carriage of the goods. Where the ShrineShop is found to be at fault, We will refund the Customer all monies received (including Postage & Packaging for both delivery and return of the good). However, the ShrineShop will not reimburse the Customer for any other costs. In the event that an item arrives damaged, the Customer must notify the ShrineShop Online as soon as possible and no later than noon the next day. Failure to notify ShrineShop Online within this time will impede our ability to resolve the issue and may result in no refund or exchange being offered.
Any items purchased and found by the Customer to no longer be required or suitable for their needs may be returned within 21 (twenty-one) days from dispatch. The ShrineShop will undertake to refund the customer within 7 (seven) working days from receipt of the goods. In the case of goods being returned for either of these reasons, Proof of Purchase must be included with the returned item. No refunds will be authorised without adequate Proof of Purchase. A copy of the confirmation email sent to Customers upon dispatch qualifies as adequate Proof of Purchase.
Goods purchased between 1st December and 20th December (or the last day of trade before the shop closes for Christmas, whichever is later) inclusive, may be returned until 31st January the following calendar year.

Payment

ShrineShop Online have taken reasonable measures to protect customers' payment details. Ownership of goods transfers from the ShrineShop to the Customer upon full receipt of payment.

Dispatch

Upon receipt of full payment, the ShrineShop Online will take every reasonable step to ensure that goods are uplifted with the next postal collection. Where this will not be possible, We will make every effort to contact the Customer to notify them of the delay. For further details, please see the relevant page. 

Conclusion

The terms and Conditions set forth above are provided to make clear the agreement into which Customers enter when buying from the ShrineShop Online.
The Customer's Statutory rights are in no way effected by the above Terms and Conditions.
